At Koeberg Industrial, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless purchasing experience. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please note that this policy is subject to change without prior notice.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returns are not accepted if the goods delivered match the purchase order and were correctly fulfilled.
- Customers are responsible for checking deliveries upon arrival and signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
- If goods are faulty, they must be returned with the driver at the time of delivery and noted on the POD.
- A 10% handling fee may apply, depending on the reason for the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., special modifications).
- Used or installed items that are no longer in resale condition.
- Clearance or sale items, unless they are defective.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Request Authorization: Contact admin@koebergindustrial.co.za or call 087 265 4584 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt with the RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
- Customers must provide banking details on a company letterhead or a bank confirmation letter.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
- To exchange an item for a different size or product, follow the standard return process and place a new order.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at admin@koebergindustrial.co.za or 087 265 4584.
- If the defective item is delivered directly, it must be checked upon arrival and returned with the driver while being noted on the POD.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Items Damaged During Shipping
- Report damaged shipments within 24 hours of receiving them.
- Provide photos of the damage along with your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
